All proceeds from the sales will directly support the Wentworth-Douglass Hospital PRISM project.
Through a new affiliation with Children's Hospital at Dartmouth (CHAD) the services of pediatric specialists, usually available only at major medical centers, will be offered on a part-time scheduled basis at the Hospital's new outpatient PRISM (Pediatric Regional Institute for Specialty Medicine) facility. Specially designed for children, this clinical facility will be unique on the Seacoast and will attract families living in a wide geographic region.
PRISM will be newly constructed on the third floor of the Hospital at the south entrance over Same Day Surgery. The 6,000 square foot center will house offices and exam rooms to support multiple pediatric physician specialists, such as cardiologists, neurologists, gastroenterologists, urologists, etc. Ancillary team members will include nutritionists, speech pathologists and physical therapists.
